Why can't anything travel faster than the speed of light?

It simply contradicts the know physics laws if it does. For example through electromagnetism, how ever you calculate, the speed of light becomes a constant. That means that the light speed doesn't depend on the frame you have chosen to plot that object.

For example, if you go with the speed of light or what ever speed you have, looking toward the light that is moving away from you, it still moves away from you with the speed of light, since it is a constant, and doesn't depend how fast you go.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
