You said you 'called' her. I assume from that that she had already called in her order, and you were calling back to tell her about the extra charge. If I'm right about this sequence of events, then the fault occurred when whoever took her order didn't tell her RIGHT AWAY that there's an extra charge for the boneless meat.

I would be annoyed too if I wasn't told right away. The justification for needing to charge the extra is not her business, but it IS her business that she wasn't informed of the charge when she first called.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
