Nobody "forbids" extradition. For extradition to take place, there has to be a treaty between the two countries in question. And even then there are exceptions.
For example, some years back a teenager in Maryland tortured another person to death, then flew to Israel and claimed citizenship, because his grandfather was a citizen of Israel, just to escape the death penalty. Israel will not extradite a citizen to a country where they could face the death penalty, so the psycho kid escaped.
Britain will not extradite an immigrant if his parent country has the death penalty.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
