The instant message you received was sent from AIM to notify you that your screen name is currently signed into the AOL Instant Messaging Network more than once. For example, you have logged onto your AIM account through MECA AND you logged onto the AOL Instant Messenger on the same PC. The message was sent to help you manage your instant messaging sessions because AIM supports active messaging sessions in multiple locations.
For more information please consult the AOL Instant Messenger’s FAQ, Keywords: Instant Message Routing. More.
