Assuming someone named Jesus said that, I would say this is the kind of thing that con artists use to confuse and defraud the gullible, the low IQ and the impressionable. "People won't believe truth, I speak truth and people don't believe me, ergo what I speak is proven to be true", if I spoke like that I'd be locked up and observed by people with clipboards for the rest of my life. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
