Hello Jordan I hope you are just a kid in Jr. High School asking this question. But, one doesn't go beating up his drill instructor. If you are in the Army then forget about making it a career and if they offer you an early out take it.
If you are not in the Army don't even think about coming in. You won't make it. If you assault your drill sergeant you will be taken under apprehension and held for Courts-Martial.
Article 128: Assault. You will be convicted as there can be no defense where you would be acquitted. You would be sentenced to: Dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and confinement for 3 years.
Do you really want to spend 3 years in the Prison at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas? A Dishonorable discharge marks you for life. You will have no benefits for life.
Why are you even thinking of asking this question? Be good. Larry Smith.
Court Martial; Confinement at Hard Labor; Dishonorable Discharge; Life with felony record. Btw--If a DI/DS/TCI/RDC is being assaulted he absolutely CAN act to defend himself.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
