Why do atheists say God never answers prayers...? Does God ....Have to answer prayers?

No, I'm an atheist because I finally had to admit that there was not one speck of solid evidence that any god existed. I know believers like to comfort themselves with the idea that we reject their religion because we're childish and self-centered, but that's simply not true.

Thank you for proving that the God you believe in is a sadistic monster. If he really does answer YOUR prayers, that means he has the will and the ability to interfere in the course of human events. So, while he was busy answering your prayer about seeing him, how many tortured, dying pleas of innocent children did he ignore?

How many innocent people were dying of starvation or suffering horrible tragedies while he was busy helping YOU out? You just painted yourself into a corner. You believe your God can help those in need, but refuses to...and you worship that?

A God who would stand by while innocent children are raped or tortured or murdered or starved across the world, yet do things for YOU? Good thing your God doesn't actually exist, it'd be horrible if a being like that actually existed.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
