Dr. Carson has been called a sell out, a house ******, token black man and a tool for the racist Republicans by the Democrats. I don't have any use for the other two.
I agree that these people are not African-Americans. They are Americans, same as anybody else. I don't care what a bunch of racist idiots think about anything, by the way.
I'm not a fan of President Obama, because I don't think he's been an effective leader, and I don't much care for his politics. It has nothing to do with his race. EDIT: African-American is a phrase invented by Jesse Jackson about 20 years ago.
A true African American is someone born in Africa, who comes to the U.S. and becomes an American. Someone born in China who becomes an American is a Chinese-American. Someone born in this country, regardless of his or her heritage, is an American.
It's really that simple. We don't need to hyphenate Americans to further divide us.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
