Placing detergent at the bottom of the washing machine ensures its gets water mixed in straight away and dispersed when the machine begins its action. If it was put on top or scattered throughout then its possible it would take longer to mix properly. Its also likely that the concentrated detergent would lie on the clothing for longer than desired and may weaken the material.
On a side note the fabric softener or other add-ons may be added in a top or central unit to delay mixing into the clothes until the proper cycle washes them into the main washing area.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
