Millennial women have more education than men so if that were taken into account -the gap would likely be more and millennial women have not usually started to have children yet but when this will happen this also makes the gap bigger because they woman is often expected to do all the raising of the children and most of the housework even if she has more education and a better job - nothing is fair in this scenario but that does not stop some men in GS for attacking women as lazy and blaming them for all the prejudice and discrimination they face.
