There is no reason to not think that Mohammad didn't write it, although he might have used a scribe to write it down.
It is true that the Quran was revealed by Allah to Prophet Muhammad (who was illiterate) over a period of 23 years. However it was written down by his 40 literate companions known as the scribes of divine revelation. The Prophet dictated the verses to them.
There is proof in the book that they did not get it wrong because Quran says" We have without doubt sent down the message and we will assuredly guard it from corruption."(15:9) Besides the scribes took utmost care to write down each and every word accurately as they were skilled in Arabic and they confirmed each and every verse from the Prophet who had the verses imprinted on his heart. There is absolutely no such error in the Quran. I can assure you that.
And people who do not even know about Islam please keep your mouths shut and don't make fun that mad hatter or Justin Bieber wrote it. You don't know a single thing so don't insult my religion.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
