Why do people deny the holocaust?

People deny the Holocaust because they are ignorant and want to forget the horrible deeds their ancestors or the hate crimes performed by people they know or are associated with.

They do not simply accept what other people want them to and they actually investigate the claims of the Holocaust. When they do this they see many problems and realize the traditional view cannot possibly be correct. Logistically, Germany did not have the ability to carry out the holocaust on the scale described in many history books.

This is at least the reason why logical people would deny it. Of course there may be people who are simply racist and they haven't actually investigated it for themselves.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
