Why do people on yahoo answers replace the apostrophe with '?

On some mobiles the code sent is not readable by the YA software so you see the code sent instead of the apostrophe. No full explanation has ever been given.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
