Some do not feel they have an option being stuck in some situations for so long and others are so fearful of change they'd rather keep things as they are and not risk making things worse.
Because they don't take responsibility for their lives and can't make decisions for themselves. The trick to live an enjoyable life is in what one emphasizes. To live a miserable, happy, energetic, enjoyable, strong or weak life will cost you the same amount of energy.
We either make ourselves strong or weak. If you have a life full of bad habits you have two options. Either you start breaking all those habits bit by bit or you fill up your life for what's left of it with good habits and after a while you'll have enough energy to handle the bad habits.
Because it is not always easy to take responsibility for our lives.
Strong or long nurtured habits and likes / dislikes crate kind of a "prison cell" that keeps the person confined or limited to what he is doing. Even though he may know that there are other good options, he just can't shrug off and come out of the rut.
Flexible people have flexible attitudes and habits. They can easily adopt to changing situations by adjusting themselves.
Some people just think that their life is what it is, and not something they can change. Life is a wide wonder, thus most people think that by being who they are will not change their lives. Though some people adapt to a new life style and drop all of the things they felt were bringing them down, and sometimes their friends/family are in that catogory.
Otherwise, living the life you find miserable can teach you that not everything is perfect, so don't go looking for a perfect something or someone.
Change is not easy. People that are struggling do not always have the resources and means to change.
Surely all life is suffering, don't get what you want and you suffer, get what you want and you suffer because you fear of losing it.
Some people simply don't know it. They feel like the life they are living is perfectly fine. Thye are so used to living that way that they have come to accept it.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
