Why do satanists do satanic rituals?

You would have to ask Gilmore or a Gilmore Satanist that one because LaVey and LaVeyan satanists believe in actual ritual magic. LaVey even talked about real results he got as do many LaVey Satanists. Where it became a thing to do just to cry and complain after Gilmore took over makes no sense.

The Satanic Bible makes it clear ritual is used to change situations! That means results in the real world! I mean come on so as a satanist if something upsets me I cannot vent right away like I do?

I have to tell myself to wait until I get to my ritual chamber and do all the steps THEN finally let it out! LaVey said ritual magic is to change a situation. That says it all.

He did not say it is to vent he said CHANGE a situation case closed.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
