Why do some unopened soft drink cans float in water while others sink?

Most drinks are preserved using gases like carbon dioxide. When closed the density of the drink is smaller due to the small weight of gases compared to their bigger volumes.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
