White people are a large population of people in the states. First of all, the diction he had used would cause him to be racist, since not all white people made black people slaves. Many whites also fought for black independence, and housed them on their journey to freedom.
The term "niqqas" is racist in itself and should not be used by anyone, especially in a serious manner. History also says that black people in Africa had slaves, captured in war or of the sorts. It is a serious issue, and definitely should be acknowledged, but not in a negative aspect in creating a stern judgement over an entire population of people, for it is rather individuals who hold on to the racism.
