You need to observe the class. Look at the skill of the students at various rank. There should be a difference in their skill level.

Avoid places with children with black belts Avoid laces that guarantee black belt over a period of time Avoid places with 20 and 30 year olds with Master's Rank.
When they seem useless. No techniques being picked on. Students playing around the whole time.
Basically if there is no real structure to it Train Hard/Win Easy.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
