Well, there are two major aspects of paternity: 1: Care 2: Funding It seems that he is out of his daughter's life, so he is essentially not providing care. However, is he paying? Is there any sort of child support arrangement?
Has the mother requested child support? If not, he isn't, by any normal definition, a "dead beat dad" - which usually means someone who is delinquint on their child support payments.
Well, at least you know where his priorities are... he can't drive across town to see his child but he'll travel across the country to get laid. It's good that you are at least trying to see this in an objective way. The truth is that... lack of a ride, having the baby too young, the other guy is acting like her father... all these are just pathetic excuses.
None of these are real obstacles for a man who really cares about the baby. This is the type of guy who can ignore his obligations to his baby and not sweat it at all. Children are not puppies.
You don't just foist them off on the next guy in line. Just remember that people rarely change that drastically. You have to ask yourself if he could be a good father if you had children with him.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
