Some men do grow their hair long, look at Fabio. Short hair is easier to care for, perhaps that is why a lot of men prefer it. Where I am, most woman have min-length hair... little longer than aman's, but not below the shoulder.
Men and women both are predisposed to hair loss; both go bald. Women, it seems, prefer to wear more wigs than men. Lately, men seem to have more concern over it, and thus the popularity of creams to slow down baldness, though some men do wear toupees.
The other part of your question, is it genetic? Yes, for both sexes.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
