Why do you give thumbs down to Christian answers to Christian Questions?

I support gay marriage but Christians that don't think so because of the Bible and their beliefs from there.

And homosexual "marriage?" Because we believe God. We believe God has given us a moral code to live by, and we understand this is an abomination because God said so.

And even our common sense tells us this is against nature. We oppose this because WE FEAR GOD'S JUDGMENT. I am not talking about individual judgment.

Christians are not subject to judgment because we are forgiven. But we are still part of this nation where we live. The Bible makes it clear that nations are judged by God.

And based on the cultural changes we are seeing in our nation, it seems very apparent that we (as a nation) are turning our backs on God. And we are seeing signs that God is WITHDRAWING HIS HAND OF PROTECTION on this nation. Part of God's hand of protection is the RESTRAINT OF EVIL.

And now we are seeing signs that God is not protecting us from evil. EXAMPLE: When a guy with a gun goes into a grade school, and kills little children, this is an example of evil not being restrained. The Boston Marathon bombing is another example of evil not being restrained.

We can expect to see more of this as we continue to reject God. When we reject God, then God rejects us. That's what it says in the Bible.

Our crumbling economy, high unemployment, corrupt politicians, the national debt that will crush the next generation, are all signs that things are falling apart. (Refer to 2 Chronicles 7:14.) History has shown us that nations rise, flourish, and eventually decay. And the decay always comes from within.

It is the natural course of things. Is our nation on the decline at this point? Most people would say it is.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
