Why do You Shiver When You are Cold?

When you shiver it is your body trying to become warm. The shivering helps the muscles to produce heat, therefore warming our bodies. By wrapping your head and neck when it is cold outside, you can prevent becoming cold.

For example, if you are cold you can put on a coat or wrap yourself in a blanket; this is a behavioural response. A physiological response is when your brain tells your body to do something. A part of the brain called the ‘hypothalamus’ monitors our temperature.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
