Why does Arizona insist on passing an immigration law that does nothing about border security?

YES! YES! YES!....Comprehensive Immigration Reform (CIR) includes a slew or border security provisions, but some people don't like to discuss them.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
