The scapula (shoulder blade) has a lot to do with forearm and elbow pain because it affects the arm bone's position; the arm bone affects the forearm's position. Fixing the scapula is usually a big part of eliminating elbow pain. Once your scapular mechanics are corrected, you can focus on your forearm, which may be too tight in terms of rotation in either direction.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
