Add to that paranoia and a victim mentality ( you know what they accuse all feminist off ) and you get like 70 percent of anti-feminist. Who in turn spend all their time hyping up exactly the kind of feminist they propose to be against so that they can further their own narrative. Because they want there to be a conflict.
And so every person being slightly overly PC gets called a accomplish in this epic conspiracy against men which grows ever more complex, just so that they can solve everything eventually and throw the ring into the volcano or whatever. All individuals and groups used shaming tactics at least once in their lifetime. Shaming tactics = a form of strategy. The individuals/groups who are the most effective at using shaming tactics against the opposition win over the most sympathisers to their cause and make one's enemies look like the evil one's.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
