Why does man hair dye in work in 5 minutes and women's hair in 20 minutes?

Its probably because a lot of men have thinner hair than women, they also use dyes that cling onto the hair strands, rather than actually penetrate the hair.

Well because mans have very short hair and girl hair is very long and heavy.

Mens hair dye is a metallic dye. It doesn't open up the cuticle it just deposits the dye on the outside of the hair.
