Microsoft sent you the tracking number as soon as they printed the label. It does not mean they have actually given the package to UPS which could be the reason the UPS system can't locate your package. Don't call and cuss at anyone or they will not want to help you.
Call Microsoft and ask them (nicely) to verify the date they handed the package to UPS. If they can give you a date, then call UPS and ask them to track the package. Based on the error message, it would seem that Microsoft still has the package.
It doesn't take 7 days to ship something across the country so if UPS had the package, you would have already received it.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
