Blow it out Computers heat up more when you're playing games because they tax both the CPU and the video card. As such, it's normal for your system to kick the cooling fan into high gear while you're doing this. It isn't really a problem, but you can make your system run cooler by blowing out the dust.
If you have a desktop computer, remove the case and blow all of the dust out of the insides that you can see. Make sure you blow out the vanes of the CPU cooling heat sink: which can become clogged with dust over time. This will help the system stay cool, and reduce the amount of fan cycling you hear.
If it's a laptop system, blow out the external cooling fan and every other nook and cranny you can find that leads to the computer's interior. I really doubt that is the case. The fan comes on automatically when the processor is getting too hot. The reason a process or might get hotter is increasing processing load, such as happens when you are running computation-intensive games.
The more work it does, the hotter it gets -- just like when you do physical labor and start to sweat. It's working normally..
It isn't a problem The cooling system in your computer is doing what it's designed to do. When the computer starts heating up (games will heat up a system more than anything else I've seen), it sounds like your computer is increasing the cooling by turning on/up the fans. If you have a desktop and want it quieter, I'd suggest replacing the fans with better ones (Noctua are generally the best for cooling and remaining very quiet).
If you have a laptop, I'm not sure there is much you can do. Sources: Experience .
A dirty computer may be the reason. Clean the inside of your computer and then make sure it is in a location where is get plenty of airflow around it.
When you use more graphics processor time, the chip needs to cool down. The fan you're hearing is most likely on your graphics card, and there's no way to disable it because its needed to keep the heat-sensitive parts of the card from melting.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
