If you are concerned about having strong, thick and beautiful hair, then this is without doubt the most eye-opening report you will ever read. Get it now!
Your hair can get greasy for many reasons. One being, you produce too much sebum, which you can do absolutely nothing about. The sebum is produced by the sebaceous glands that lie right under the skin on your scalp.
Each hair has its own gland. Contrary to popular belief, greasy hair is healthy hair. The oil protects each strand from dryness and split ends.
Its your own built in moisturizer. When you have excess, your hair looks greasy. Many factors go into why you may produce too much oil - fluctuating hormones, if your a teenager, a woman on her cycle, or an older woman going through menopause, as well as stress are all factors into oil production.
Several more factors come into play as to why your hair is greasy. You could be washing your hair too often - when you wash to frequently, you cause the glands to produce more oil. Washing too much can strip the hair of oils.
Also, touching your hair often can cause the oil from your hands to come off onto your hair, which makes it look greasy. The use of hair serum can make your hair feel heavy and look greasy. Especially if you put too much.
Make sure that you are using the right amount. Avoid using the product on your roots/scalp, unless the product specifically says to. From a site I found, here is some info: "The best way of avoiding, preventing, treating and getting rid of greasy hair is to treat it from the outside and the inside.
On the outside: steer clear of brushing your hair too frequently, and too vigorously. Avoid using a moisturizing shampoo as this can leave some oil in the hair. An extra cleansing or clarifying shampoo that has a mild-ph is the best shampoo to use for greasy hair.
When shampooing, massage you hair and scalp lightly and do not scrub your hair and scalp. "For the best results, the longer you leave the shampoo in, the better. If necessary, rinse your hair and shampoo again.
The question of how often to wash your hair is as unique as the individual. The ideal frequency is 1-2 times per week, but to find your own balance start with washing everyday then reduce that to find a good balance of washing and oil production. If you use a hairdryer when styling your hair don't let it get too hot as heat will stimulate more oil production.
When it comes to conditioning your hair, again use a conditioner designed for greasy hair. Apply conditioner to the mid and ends of your hair, but not the roots. "On the inside: with your diet, Reduce the number of foods you eat that contain white flour such as pasta, pastries and bread.
Increase the amount of green and leafy vegetables in your diet, along with seeds, nuts, whole grains, salads, fresh fish and vegetables. Avoid sugar and foods containing sugar e.g. Soft drinks, biscuits and cakes. Reduce the amount of fat in your diet, avoiding fried, greasy and fatty foods.
Consider supplementing vitamin B in your diet. Reduce and eliminate as much stress as you can from your day to day life." I believe its Dry Shampoo from Tresemme.
You spray in your hair and it helps soak up the grease/oil. This way you don't have to wash everyday. If I'm not mistaken, its around $5 per bottle.
There is also one specifically for curly hair. --- Theres a link below for the product if you want more info on it. Good luck!
My hair feels/looks better today but it always does after I shampoo it (lately).

A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
