Why does my vauxhall vectra diesel mifire?

Why does my vauxhall vectra misfire and lose power between 50 and 60 mph it doesn't cut out and ticks over fine but whenever I get to 50 it starts to play up. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
