Why does Obama bypass the Constitution by using executive orders?

He can but it will be an Anchor around his neck and will drown him in his own cesspool. It will be overturned by Romney anyways when Romney gets into office. So the move is purely Political gerrymandering... IMO.

All presidents had used Executive Orders allowed in the Constitution. But the Executive Order Obama recently passed was not amnesty. The last president to grant amnesty for illegals was Reagan in mid-80s.

T It was an amnesty with a path to citizenship. Obama's policy simply extends for two years their stay here as long as they meet certain rigid criteria but with NO PATH TO CITIZENSHIP. That's the big difference.

Please review his policy criteria (lengthy) and you'll know what I mean.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
