Why does scipy.sparse.linalg.svds return a ValueError?

Change the matrix type from integers to doubles. If you initialize with constants, change one of the elements from integer format ( 8 ) to double format ( 8.0 ).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
