Why does the electrical contractor have to request an electrical permit for the installation of the Power MonitorTM?

Some cities may require an electrical permit for all Power MonitorTM installations. After the installation is finished, the electrical contractor will be required to call for an inspection.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
