This is often due to duplicates in the file. Each time the system upload a file, it will only store the first unique customer records (see Faq 2 for an explanation of how a customer is uniquely identified). If a duplicate record is found in the same file when it is uploading, the duplicate will be ignored.
In such situation, the total number of records actually uploaded would be the total number of records in the file minus the number of duplicate records. For example, if a customer is uniquely identified by customer id, and say, Q2, 2010 file contains the following records: Customer ID, Customer Name, ResCom, RMR 1, Name1, R, 350 2, Name2, R, 412 3, Name3, C, 4000 1, Name1, R, 350 Only the first three records will be stored. The last record, which is considered as a duplicate of the first (because of the same customer id--1), will be ignored.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
