Why does Yahoo Groups screw up the time in Calendar notices?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble setting your group calendar time zone. Please note that there are two time zone settings in the calendar. The time zone that displays on the calendar page itself is controlled by the time zone on your personal Yahoo!

Calendar. This setting affects the times which will be displayed to you when you are viewing a group calendar. To change this setting follow the steps in this Help article: "Editing the time zone for a group calendar" (link below) The other time time zone, the group calendar time zone, affects the times which will be listed in event reminders.

Based on the info that you described, I suspect this is the time zone setting that you changed. Just to clarify, however, here are the steps for changing it: 1. Select Calendar, on the left side of any group page.

2. Select Actions | Options. 3.

Select the appropriate time zone using the drop-down menu next to "Time Zone." 4. Select Back to Calendar to save your changes. I hope this info helps!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
