There is an auto select process that Yahoo uses now. It is not perfect, it is based on key words that you use in your question. You can always move your question to where you want it by using the edit feature.
Some level 7 users may use it also to move it to the right category, I am careful when I do this, the penalty is steep to do it wrong. The best thing you can do if a question ends up in the wrong category is look after it was posted, and change it. There are ways you can make this work in your favor.
Ask your question, I have a mathematics question, or I have a question about physics. This will help your question head to the right category. One of the types of questions I move is cell phone charger questions.
I frequent the automotive section, and for some reason the words battery and charger land these questions in the automotive maintenance and repair section. I only move them because I know they can get better answers in the phone section.
Two possibilities: 1 when you post it, the yahoo-machine will put it in a category based on keywords. "german shepherd" "french kissing" and "spanish fly" will land in the languages-category... You can move it to the right category by clicking "edit" "edit category" and if you don't see the right one, clicking "all". When you are in the right category, click "submit" 2 some level 7 with a pisspoor sense of humour moved it.
If this happens, you should send an email about it to [email protected] (yes, that's not a typo) and include the URL of the maliciously moved question. If nobody reports a malicious moving, Yahoo can't punish the troll.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
