Why don't more rich Arab countries give asylum to Muslim migrants?

You are right with regards to our own people being in need. I think of the older pensioners who will have no heating this winter with a miserly pension...but most of these pensioners lived through a war themselves they didn't run away...and they had nothing ...but these same pensioners helped to get this country on its feet by working hard..and to make it Great Britain.....to see them ending up the same way again makes me sick....this governemt want hanging for how they treat our elderly.

Because it is not chic to do so. It is chic to help the local food banks and homeless shelters only during Thanksgiving and Christmas time. The monies the USA is giving to the EU for this crises is going to be reflected in less state wide and local programs and services.

Just wait for the first successful male/female/ child "refugee " suicide bomber take the life or lives of a given country' s citizens. Shades of the Boston Bomber. Then there is going to be a backlash over refugees in the EU.

In the past, two Iraqi "refugees" are currently serving long sentences at two super max prisons on convicted gun running charges of sending legally bought guns to AQ in Iraq.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
