Why don't oil companies in Texas and Alaska charge us less for oil?

That depends where in the state you are and what carrier you have. Not all of the state is covered by cell towers, but the larger cities and towns have good coverage for many carriers. Here in Fairbanks we have local ACS and GCI as well as national carriers Verizon and AT&T.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
