Why golden gate bridge was called golden despite it's red appearance?

Because it spans the Golden Gate (connector between the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay), from SF heading north to Marin County or from Marin County heading south to SF. BTW, it is NOT red, The color is known as International Orange.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
