You can relate allergies directly to pollen counts. These have been off the charts this year! I know I suffer from this same problem, my poor nasal cavities are all inflamed.

First of all the longer colder weather this year made a lot of the trees and plants wait longer to pollinate, and then the early fall didn't help that situation either. This gives us more pollination in a shorter amount of time. Also remember how dry and hot this summer has been?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
