They aren't hiding anything. Amazon did not sell you the toothbrush. You had a business transaction with KNK, and KNK has a copy of the orginal receipt.
Amazon cannot tell the person you bought the toothbrush from to do anything. Amazon and KNK are two different companies. And you got the orginal receipt, in the package when the tootbrush arrived.
Since you had to have paid with a credit card, I suggest you call your credit card company and see if they can give you any paperwork on this transaction. But the bottom line is, you had the orginal receipt, so it is your fault that you did not keep it.

I bought this from Amazon webshop, not KNK webshop, I choose Amazon webshop since I trusted Amazon, but not anymore. Really really bad they can not send receipt to me, they never did, it took KNK less 5 min to send a copy to me, but I contacted them more than 10 times, never reply. I guess you couldn't use the receipt they had emailed you when you bought the item, nor the one in your Amazon account online, huh? I can only tell you that I have been shopping at Amazon for years, and have always gotten very good customer service when I needed it. I am really sorry you didn't have the same experience.

I only deal with Amazon LTD. I don't typically order from the marketplace sellers. I've had too many problems in the past and no problems at all with Amazon.
Either way, you should have gotten an emailed acknowledgment for your order and in it a link to the invoice on your Amazon acct. It should be there. Just log in and look through your invoices and that's your proof of purchase.
I think you're getting the runaround from Philips. There's no reason they can't accept an Amazon invoice. They just don't want to honor their warranty.
