Praise Jesus! No seriously, I think that's great. The most atheistic countries on earth contain the healthiest, happiest and most prosperous citizens----and you can look that up if you wish.
Besides, it makes sense that this is happening. Religion used to be a way to explain the world to people--but increasingly, we are finding much better ways to explain it. Some day, perhaps thousands of years, perhaps hundreds, we shall all be gods--we will create universes, create life itself.
Or, we may destroy ourselves. Fact is, the big wide universe out there doesn't really care. It's all up to us.
Polls are not accurate, especially when the people polled are of college age. Even stalwart Christians take a break from being Christian when they finally get out from under the parental rule. It's called rebellion and it is virtually unavoidable.
Polls also don't take issues of distinctions between people that attend church rarely, and those who claim a daily and abiding personal faith in God. People that darken a church door on Easter and Christmas can hardly be considered comparable to someone who lives out the precepts of Scriptural guidance on a day-to-day basis. Polls are worthless IMHO.
@Lance. You make the claim. You provide the link.
Put up or enclose the fornication inclined in a heavenly orientation.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
