Why is ccmexec thrashing my disk?

I run continously run Serious Samurize to show graphs of CPU, disk and network usage. Occasionally I see that my E: drive (a hard disk with no system files on it, only data) is thrashing away when it shouldn't be • iPhone: Mail stops being received after a while I've setup my iPhone with my Google Apps email account, and when it works it works brilliantly. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
