Why is it illegal to impersonate police but not security guards?

Because the police have more rights than regular citizens, given them by the state to represent the state. Security guards only have the same rights as the regular citizens who hired them. When you hire a guard to guard your property, you're only delegating your own rights concerning the property and its protection that you're entitled to.

You cannot give them the ability to represent the state, just yourself.

Because citizens are under NO legal obligation to pay any attention to Security Guards....

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
