Why is it that a communist country like China has the second-most billionaires in the world?

The billionaries are ALL China Communist Party officials and/or associates/family members. Chinese living without any CCP connection are as dirt poor as a century ago. Many still living in bare houses with no water, no electricity, no toilets, no kitchen, no roads, no schools, no doctors - these are the things CCP would swipe beneath a carpet and don't want the outside world to know except when they are are asking for charity donations.

China has to use "communism" to brain wash and contol the people withall possible ways and means in order to stay in power.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
