Why is Mach Punch stronger than my Level 70 Seismic Toss on Fire Red?

Seismic Toss's power is based solely on the pokemon's level. So if your pokemon is level 100 Seismic Toss's power is 100. This power is constant and cannot be changed in any other way except level.

This power is also set where it outputs 100 HP damage not damage based on your pokemon's stats.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
