Why is Obama lying about Bain capital? Four sources -- three of them Democrats -- say Romney no involvement?

Every time they speak out against Bain (capitalism) they reveal how economically IGNORANT they really are! Besides, they're saving Gloria Allred and the little hispanic girl now grown Romney dipped the pigtails in ink in a Mexican elementary school for later in the campaign when the UTTER SHOCK of the incident will not simply die out...

They are merely using the arguments of the conservative candidates who ran against Romney in the primary. Gingrich and Santorum were 100% correct in calling Bain's private equity, venture capitalism- vulture capitalism. I suggest you read up on what a leveraged buyout means as opposed to restructuring.

The companies that Bain gutted for profit were not "going under", or anything like your McDonald's example. To make money off a leveraged buyout the acquired company MUST be operating at a PROFIT first. Loans are taken with the profit as collateral.

The profits are then siphoned off while only paying out loan interest. The profit is taken as capital gains and taxed accordingly while the acquired company is then driven into bankruptcy...after the carcass is picked clean and the employee pensions plans looted, the venture capitalists move on to the next target, while the taxpayers pick up the bill for the failed retirement accounts in the form of federal insurance programs.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
