Why is the Federal Reserve Bank allowed to counterfeit money and call it something else?

If it's listed as parody there's very little you can do as they have acknowledged that they have not set out to impersonate you or steal your identity.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
