Why is the trend of young men to wear their pants so low?

The trend of men wearing short pants or short trousers may have started in England in the 1950s when the Boy Scout Movement made this apparel famous (along with their knee socks). Schools also had required English boys to wear short pants that gained much acceptance in those years. This continued on till the 1960s until it eventually declined.

Nowadays, short parts are still on the market because they make a comfortable wear for men (and women). Another reason for this trend occurrence could be the slavery of African descent people in the past.

White male masters raped them which eventually forced the victims to wear sagging pants. Read more at associatedcontent.com/article/359413/bag....
