Second terms are all about first term accomplishments. Osama Bin Laden is dead, the DOW closed above 12,500, jobs are up, GNP is positive, American forces are coming back from that senseless war in Iraq, START has been ratified, that ugly DADT law is history, the CFPB has been established, Chrysler and GM are still functioning, the rotten, greedy, credit card companies can’t jack up your interest rate on any damn whim and sick little kids can no longer be denied health coverage. President Obama has a good chance of being reelected.
If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”
So far so good on this "promise" kept...
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
